Our Duty SOP is displayed twice daily on guards' mobile devices, promoting constant vigilance. We provide a Monthly Duty Roster to both clients and guards, ensuring clear shift schedules.
Each guard’s profile includes complete details such as Current Picture, ID Card, NADRA verification, biometrics, and fingerprint records for full accountability. Attendance is tracked via a mobile app, with real-time alerts sent to clients and Lunar Security for every check-in. We also offer daily and monthly attendance reports, along with replacement guard alerts, where full details and documentation are shared before deployment.
Guard patrol histories are uploaded to the client portal for easy monitoring, while financial transparency is ensured through accessible payment records, invoices, and GST details. New guards are uploaded to the portal before deployment, with guard instructions available for client review. Joint meetings with clients are also documented for ongoing collaboration.
